(prints only - frames are not eligible)
Free shipping for all orders over $100 in Canada and in the US.
- CANADA
$15 Flat Rate shipping for orders within Canada.
- USA
$20 Flat Rate shipping for orders to the United States.
- OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA
$30 Flat Rate shipping for orders outside North America.
Orders are dispatched as soon as we receive the payment, we usually ship within 2-3 business days with Canada Post and shipping time depends on your location.
Please note: 24*36 inch prints do take longer to ship (7-10 business days) as they are custom printed on-demand.
Once a parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
PICK-UP
Our pick-up location is at The Nooks store in Kitsilano (1929 W4th Avenue).
At checkout, please select the FREE PICK-UP option. Pick up instructions will follow in your order confirmation email.
You will be provided with a phone number to contact to arrange your pick up. Your order will be ready within 4-7 days.
RETURN AND REFUND
No returns / No refunds on all orders processed and shipped. If you request a refund before your order has been shipped or in case your package has been damaged during shipping (sorry for that!), please contact us at tripposterdesign@gmail.com.
Once we confirm your refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 48 hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
